A Spanish judge has ruled that women are worse drivers than men! The case before Judge Javier Albar involved a driving school in northern Spain that offered men as many driving lessons necessary for them to obtain a license for a flat rate of $900, but women have to pay $270 more because they require 5 more lessons on average than men. The driving school was fined $5,433 for sexual discrimination, but the school went to court and Judge Albar overturned the fine on the basis of women being statistically proven to be the worse drivers. But have no fear! The age-old debate about which of the sexes is the better driver isn't over quite yet because a case has been brought to the Spanish Constitutional Court about the Judge's ruling.
