I am the girl who has jumped off the deep end and fallen in love with fashion. I love prancing around town in an outfit that fits my body and personality. You can find me on the clearance racks of H&M and Express (two of my fav stores) and at your local thrift store. I love fashion but not breaking my pockets, so I’m always on the hunt for deals and steals!

I am a lover of all things fabulous and fashionable (but affordable). In my former life I was either a major diva or sensational drag queen. Not quite sure of which one, but my love of MAC make-up, accessories, music, hair and need to overly exaggerate has followed me to this life. I am a chameleon, so my style and hair is always changing to fit my multiple personalities. I am a reality/sitcom TV and celebrity gossip junkie as well.

So earlier this week I watched a segment on the Today Show called "How To Dress Like A Fashion Editor On Any Budget." Three editors with InStyle magazine were given the amounts of $50, $100 and $150 to assist viewers with finding trendy clothing for any budget. Take a look at the video below.
After I watched the segment I thought to myself, "what about the full figured women?" In my opinion, full figured women have a harder time finding affordable clothing due the larger quantity of fabric which results in higher prices.
So with the same budget I found three outfits for the trendy plus size woman.
In the video, Editor Dana found a H&M printed top, Forever 21 slouchy bottoms and a necklace. To have the least amont of money, Dana did a better job finding the complete outfit totaling $47.80. So with the same budget, here is what I found...
Top - Worthington Woven Ruffle Blouse $15 Jcpenney.com
Bottom - ASOS CURVE Peg Pants in Jersey $24 ASOS.com
Bracelet -Classic Hammered Chain Link $7 Forever21.com
Earrings - Etched Hoops in Gold $3 Forever21.com
Editor Isabel's outfit consisted of a graphic print top from CWonder, Lulus nude shoes, sunglasses from GirlProps and gold bracelet from Stella Valle but the white jeans were the models (I remind you she had $100). Now here is what I found...
Top -Self Tie Tropical Print Blouse $25 AshleyStewart.com
Bottom - Pure Energy Junior's Plus Size Skinny Denim White $30 Target.com
Shoes -Open Toe Ankle Strap Heel $24 Urbanog.com
Handbag -Sealed With A Kiss Studded Bag $18 Urbanog.com
Earrings - Retro Coin Studs $3 Forever21.com
The last editor, Khalana, found leather shorts from Piperlime, a graphic t-shirt from Forever 21, ASOS classic pumps and RiRi Woo Lipstick from MAC for $150. Not to bad, but I did better.
Top - ASOS CURVE Tank in Stripe $24 ASOS.com
Skirt - New Look Inspire Leather Look Tube Mini Skirt $17 ASOS.com
